Refund Policy
Tour cancellations must be made in writing (via text: 605-673-1130 or email: dave@davesworldtours.com) a minimum of 7 days prior to reservation date to qualify for a refund.
Qualified cancellations will receive a written notice of acceptance.
A $30 handling fee will be applied to any qualified cancellation. The balance of your reservation amount will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of cancellation acceptance.
“No Shows” do not qualify for a refund.
